I think I just got the biggest surprise of a lifetime.
My good friend Zeus (zeusjam.com) shot me a text.
Let me give you a little backstory on how Zeus and I met. Like a lot of you, I was looking for a way to get back to being a full-time professional musician. And like a lot of you, I bounced from music coach to music coach.
Most of them were very nice guys. And not terribly helpful. I always spent so much time helping other people’s careers by doing guest blogs, etc., that I never had time to work on my own stuff.
I don’t know what it was, but there was something about Zeus’ site that said he was different. I reached out to him. I explained to him what I was trying to do.
Instead to telling me to help other people rock their careers, Zeus actually got it. He suggested I start with a course. I can still do all the writing, licensing, etc., and create multiple streams of musical income, of which the courses become one stream.
And the other thing that set Zeus apart was that I could go back as needed. There wasn’t a package to buy. There was just solid business advice for musicians.
We became friends over the past 2-3 years.
Imagine my surprise when I got a text asking me to be one of the interviews on his new songwriting course!
I was floored. I was not expecting that, at all. So, if you’d like to hear my take on licensing for the songwriter, check out Zeus at zeusjam.com and take a look at his new songwriting course!
